1. You know that there are too many things happening at the same time

Researchers working for the Journal of Psychology say that mental blocking works “as an automatic safeguard which prevents the individual from working continuously.” This means you won’t be able to use your brain because it will just shut down.

Answering questions may not be your favorite thing to do, and making decisions gives you decision fatigue. Let others do the job without you, because your mental fatigue may cause trouble.
