Ready to make it?

Here is what you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup beeswax
  • 20 drops orange essential oil
  • 20 drops lavender essential oil
  • 20 drops cedarwood essential oil
  • 20 drops vetiver essential oil

Utensils:

  • A larger container with a lid

Directions:

Microwave the coconut oil, grapeseed oil and beeswax in a bowl from 45 seconds to 1 minute. Once melted, let these cool off and add the essential oils.

Stir well and transfer mix to your container. Refrigerate the balm and let it set.

Once it is hard enough, use it by massaging it into your pulse areas as well as on the bottom of your feet. Let the balm soak in during the night.
